I am not quite sure how to rate the visit as there was a bit of an issue with waiting. I had an appointment scheduled almost 3 months out - finally got in to see Dr. Bowen. The visit with Dr. Bowen was great !! he was very polite and courteous. My issue is I waited over an hour (after my scheduled appt start time) and nobody bothered to update me as to why the wait was so very long. I would recommend in this situation, for someone, either front or back office staff - to be courteous enough to let waiting patient's know there is a delay. There were several other patients in the lobby/waiting area - who were also discussing between themselves, that they seemed to have to wait a while (one couple said they were 10 minutes late in being seen - another said they had been waiting "almost 10 minutes") I chose to remain silent as I am truly hoping this is not normal practice to keep patients waiting over an hour - as my wait time from check in to actually seeing Dr. Bowen was closer to 80+ minutes
